Hiya Neon and welcome aboard if you look over in the help section there is some helpful hints on how to do most of the avatars and such but pm somebody if you reall like their's and want to know how they did it

Welcome Neon! And it's true. We use a free forum format (say that 3 times fast!) and it's a little different than most boards.. easy as heck though!
