I know Jennings has been there somewhat recently, anybody else? I keep hearing it's an amazing park but I wonder how it compares to Tokyo if I were to decide which one to visit on an international vacation.

Also I'd be curious if DLP has a dining plan like WDW has, anybody know this either?

I was at DLP but it was 10 years ago now...

I know a guy I used to work with that went to Tokyo and his pictures were amazing although as a country to visit he was not that "into "it.

Personally, I would go to the place you want to see more of outside of Disney. That would make the decision for you.

Although I've heard DLP is very nice, personally I would go to Tokyo if I had to choose between the two, simply because Tokyo Disneyland has DisneySea, which looks like the most amazing park in the world to me. But it's a matter of personal preference.

I think DLP is great, but it's not worth going just for that. I can't speak for Tokyo Disneyland, but DLP can be done in one (very hectic and crazy) day. Maybe two, if you want to take your time and experience it slowly. So, like Lady said, it would really depend on which country you wanted to see more.
