I would choose this dream over all of them. Well except maybe the one where you get to be Grand Marshall at the theme parks all over the world.

I can already imagine it! Floating high towards the sky.... Looking down on all the people in the park.. Taking a deep breath as seeing everyone get smaller and smaller..

actually, i think i heard something somewhere that they will be using Ear Force One in place of the spaceship earth balloon at Disneyland

yes as a matter of fact they are! on the disney theme parks main page you can look at the dreams catalog which gives an amazing look at all the dreams to be granted in 08 on the cover is Ear Force One flying over the park and under the balloon section it says that each balloon wll be used in its respective park.
